No Refunds on Performed Services Due to the nature of the work (time, energy, and materials used), refunds are not provided for services that have already been completed.
If you wish to cancel a reading or ritual, you must do so before the work has commenced to receive a refund.
Once the reading has been sent or the ritual performed, the service is considered “consumed” and is non-refundable.
Personal Responsibility You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree that any decisions you make based on the insights provided in a reading are your sole responsibility. Divination Harmony is not liable for any actions taken by you following a session.
